With Hollywood insiders are already claiming that Snakes on Planes may revolutionise the way in which Tinseltown works. Mr Damian has a quick look at what movie goers can expect next.

Sequels
Yes, the first thing on any Hollywood execs mind is money. Lots of money. And typically money and sequel go hand in hand (although we don't mention Lara Croft II).

Ideas currently on the books for 'Snakes' include:

More MF Snakes on another MF plane
* Virtually a complete run of the first movie, again with Samuel L Jackson in the lead.

Badgers on a Bus
* A young cop must save the passengers of a bus, a group of rare badgers being transported to an Oregon wildlife sanctuary, from a bomb which has been set to explode if the bus goes below 50 MPH. Keanu Reeves stars.

Spiders on the Subway
* Giant spiders attack the people of New York during rush hour. Only Michael Douglas and some Grecian 2000 can save the day.

Termites in a Truck
* Pixar cartoon following the lives of Itchy, Bitey and Rashy, as they embark on a roadtrip down Route 66.

Porn Again
Inevitably where Hollywood goes, Pornowood follows.... Trousersnakes on a Plane is cumming soon, with fans able to contribute to the script, camera angles and types of lube used, via the Internet.

You Tube Shorts
Execs are also in discussions about getting You Tubers to make a series of 'shorts' following the lives of the plane's passengers both before the snake incident. The plan is to then do a special 'Lost' cut for the DVD release which will intercut between the film and the back stories of the main protagonists.
